Laos takes stock of mineral resource exploration

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Representatives of development partners, line departments of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, and provincial officials met yesterday in Vientiane to discuss mineral exploration and resource evaluation.
The workshop was attended by Deputy Minister of Energy and Mines, Mr Chanson Senebouttalath.
The meeting represented the fulfillment of Laos’ commitment under the Asean Minerals Cooperation Action Plan III from 2016-2020.
